25 Jahre Punkrock!

Punkrock Power pur! Nach unzähligen Konzerten und mehren Alben veröffentlichte die Band Anfang 2012 ihr neues Album 'BACK TO BAT', produziert in den Armstrong Studios in Oklahoma von Stephen Egerton (Descendents). Ergebnis: 14 brandneue Songs berstend vor Energie, mitreißend und überraschend.

Mit neuer Frontfrau Kamauha gewinnen die NERVES nicht nur ein echtes Original, sondern auch ungewöhnliche neue Einflüsse – wer würde schon japanische Texte oder Instrumente erwarten? Diese Frau bringt selbst gestandenen Nerven ordentlich die Flötentöne bei! Und dass das allen mächtig Spaß macht, ist der aktuellen Scheibe deutlich anzuhören und live auch mit vollem Schwung zu erleben.

Die Combo rockt und tourt seit Jahren ohne Bindung an ein Label oder Medienma-schinerie im Rücken. Hier ist kein 08/15 Punkrock am Start – Fazit im OX-Magazin: „Für alle, die internationalen Punkrock mit Melodie und Frauengesang mögen, ein echter Hinhorcher.“

Pure punk rock power! After several albums and countless shows the band released their new album 'BACK TO BAT' in early 2012, produced in Oklahoma by Stephen Egerton (Descendents). Result: 14 brand new songs bursting with energy, exciting and surprising.

THE NERVES' punk rock is still extremely fresh and energetic, even though the band has existed since 1987. But throughout the years the band has undergone several transformations, with regards to their set up as well as their style. The vocals of female singer Kamauha perfectly fit the plan of the experienced European-widely travelled group of four. THE NERVES celebrate good old punkrock.

THE NERVES played shows with Paradise Lost, Black Halos, PrimeSth, Pro Pain, Within Temptation, Bambix, Balzac, Turbo AC's, The Avengers, Epoxies, U.K. Subs, Vic du Monte's Persona non Grata, Fireball Ministry, DOA, Moving Targets, Chelsea, Honeymoon Killers, All, Vibrators, Man or Astroman?, The Bollock Brothers, Blackmail, Farmer Boys and a lot of other bands.
